Museum Studies Minor

Degree Requirements

Fifteen hours with grades of C or better, distributed as follows (minimum of 9 hours must be upper division):

ARTS 2400	Museum Studies I	3
ARTS 3400	Museum Stds II: Exhibit Design	3
ARTS 4400	Museum Stds III: Theory & Dev	3
ARTS 4420	Museum Stds IV: Museum Admin	3
ARTS 4000 level	Art History	3

* If a student knows of a non-ARTS, 3000/4000 - level course that focuses on relevant issues to the minor, they may petition the Chair of the Department of Art to substitute it for one of the four Art History courses listed above. A maximum of three semester hours may be substituted from any other discipline.
