ACCT 5125 Taxation of Business Entities

Prerequisites: Admission to the Master of Accountancy program, ACCT 3116 with a grade of C or better. A study of the federal income tax laws as they relate to corporations and partnerships. Students who have previously completed ACCT 4125 with a C or better may not take this class for credit.
