Foreign Language Requirement (3 hours)
Choice of one foreign language course level 1002 or higher (3 hours).
Computer Science Major Requirements (33 semester hours)
Cognate Area A: Science (16 semester hours)
Complete four sciences from ASTR, BIOL, CHEM, ENSC, GEOL, and/or PHYS. Area D sciences may be used to fulfill this requirement.
Two sciences must be from the following list:
Note: Both the lecture course and the companion laboratory course (when it exists) must be successfully completed to apply the credits from either course to this requirement.
Cognate Area B: Mathematics and Computer Science (4-21 semester hours)

Concentration Option - Internetworks
Available to Computer Science majors in the fall of their Senior year.
This concentration is satisfied by taking 12 semester hours at Georgia Tech, approved by the advisor and department chair. Courses are listed in the Information Internetworks Thread in the Georgia Tech catalog at the time the courses are completed.
Admission requirements to concentration:
- Minimum GPA: 3.4

Note: Minimum grade of C or better required for all courses taken at Georgia Tech for this concentration and student is required to request official transcripts be sent from Georgia Tech to Georgia College after the semester is completed.
Concentration Option - Human and Computer Interface Design
Available to Computer Science majors in the fall of their Senior year.
