Survey of the physical, earth, and space science concepts that are primarily covered in Georgia’s grade 6th and 8th GPS’s. Content and educator pedagogy will be covered. Additional laboratory fee required; see semester course schedule for amount.

Overview of scientific inquiry and the processes of science, atoms, matter, energy, periodic table, magnetism and electricity, mechanics, waves, and the application of physical science concepts to earth systems.
