Prerequisites: ACCT 6105, FINC 6141, MGMT 6101, MGMT 6115, MGMT 6135, MKTG 6161. Integrates the subject matter of several disciplines in solving comprehensive, multi-faceted management problems at the strategic, policy-making level of the organization including ethical and international implications. Requires knowledge of accounting, finance, marketing, economics, organizational theory, quantitative and behavioral decision-making, planning, and control methods. The importance of problem identification, strategy formulation, implementation, and evaluation is the focus of the course. This course is the capstone course for graduate business administration students. May be taken only by students with regular status in MBA program and with required prerequisites.
