Payment of University Expenses
Students are expected to meet all financial obligations when they are due. Georgia College reserves the rights to deny admission, to withhold transcripts, refunds, payments, and other educational records, or cancel the registration of any student who fails to meet financial obligations promptly. It is each student's responsibility to keep informed of all registration and fee payment dates, deadlines and other requirements by referring to the official calendar of events in the catalog, as well as printed and posted announcements.
All student fees and charges are due and payable at the time stated in the calendar. A student is not officially registered until all fees and charges are paid. Payment may be made by cash, check, or money order. American Express, MasterCard or Discover Card and WebCheck are accepted only through on line payment. No paper bills are mailed. Access the Student Account Center located in PAWS for account activity and bill payment options.
The student will be responsible for payment of reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees and other charges, necessary for the collection of any amount not paid when due.
