Prerequisites: FREN 3010, FREN 3020. An advanced study of grammar, syntax, and vocabulary with refinement of writing skills through composition.
Prerequisites: FREN 3010, FREN 3020. An introduction to the economic and business practices of contemporary France and the Francophone world.
Prerequisites: FREN 3010, FREN 3020. Survey of texts written by Francophone women across the centuries and the continents.
Prerequisite: FREN 3010 or FREN 3020. An introduction to othe theory and practice of translation. Intensive practice in the translation of texts in French representative of vaarious academic discipllines.
Prerequisites: FREN 3010, FREN 3020. Consideration of topics in which courses are not otherwise offered but for which there is a current need. Subject matter varies. This course is repeatable for credit.
Prerequisites: Chairperson's approval, FREN 3010, and FREN 3020. Individually designed learning experience involving off-campus field experience and study in the private or public sector. This course is repeatable for credit.

This course will provide students with the opportunity to learn in greater detail the similarities and the differences between France and Francophone countries and constitutes their culminating experience leading to an understanding of their chosen discipline. (Capstone Experience course).
