Earn a grade of C or higher in all ACCT courses.
The accounting major senior exit requirement is a graduation survey that will be completed during the final semester before graduation. Students will be contacted late in the semester with instructions for completing the survey.
Students may take an upper-level accounting course a maximum of two times in attempting to earn a grade of "C" or higher. The limit applies to upper level (3000 or higher) accounting required or elective classes. If a student cannot achieve a grade of "C" or better in these first two attempts, they are not permitted to enroll in any upper level accounting classes for a period of one year. This does not include students that have withdrawn from a section and received a "W" on their transcript.
Students intending to apply for the Master of Accountancy program are encouraged to take ACCT 3103 and ACCT 4125 as electives.
