MSCM 3362 Crisis Communication

Prerequisite: MSCM 3306. This course will be an introduction to crisis communication theory and application. We will cover crisis communication theory, crisis management approaches, classic cases and the influence of various important factors (i.e. culture, political, financial) on crisis communication.
