WELL - Wellness
Instruction and guidance for progression from a non-swimmer level to a comfortable beginning swimmer skill level. Course enables students to feel safe and comfortable around water. This course does not count toward the total hours required for graduation.

Development of skills and cognitive development in basic aquatic adjustment skills, survival techniques, stroke mechanics, and elementary diving skills.
