GCSU Core Learning Outcomes:

• Students will be able to use critical observation and analysis to model and/or predict natural phenomena.
• Students will be able to evaluate mathematical and/or quantitatively based arguments.

Additional Information about this Area:

• Students majoring in the sciences or health professions should consult the Field of Study requirements for their major to ensure that they complete core coursework that will also fulfill major course prerequisites.
• Students may not receive credit in the core for both a Principles course and a course with a lower number in the same discipline (i.e., BIOL 1100 and BIOL 1107).
